MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

As duly registered and full pledged Member of the Chamber of Pawnbrokers of the Philippines, Inc...(CPPI), I we hereby agree to assume and perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1.    To pay the annual dues, legal fees, and other assessments.

2.    To attend meetings of members.

3.    To attend meeting’s of Committee’s Trade District Leaders of the Board Meeting upon their invitation.

4.    To assume and perform or execute the functions of the Trade District Leaders when appointed.

5.    To abide to all the rules and regulations of CPPI.

6.    To promote the aims and purposes of CPPI.

7.    To invite and recommend members and report illegal practices of other Pawnshops.
